# Committee Member Dismissal (New)

After recent approval by the Intersect Steering Committee, there is now a policy for Committee Members who are lacking in attendance and/or participation. This process, more specifically any Committee Member replacement, will be iterative and will be worked out in the Intersect Governance WG.
