Is there a particular role within the committee that you are interested in, if so which and why? (if applicable)
I am highly interested in contributing to the Budget Committee. My background as a Financial Controller and Financial Auditor has equipped me with the relevant skills such as financial analysis, budget planning, and performance evaluation. My experience as a Project Manager also enables me to manage projects effectively and efficiently. This combination of skills, along with a foundational understanding of accounting and business, makes me well-qualified to contribute to budget decision-making. These skills, combined with my educational background in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration, make me well-suited for a role on the Budget Committee.
What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?
I have experience in the Cardano ecosystem as a Core team in building Cardano Hub Surabaya, Host Lead Cardano Summit 2023 and Co-host Cardano Summit 2024. At the beginning of entering the Cardano ecosystem in Indonesia, I contributed as a volunteer to maintain the Cardano Indonesia Community on Telegram & Community Social Media, I became a team to manage the budgeting of the Cardano Estern Townhall, and I was also one of the initiators to organize the Cardano Indonesia meetup in Surabaya, Bandung, and Jakarta. In March 2024 I was appointed as Cardano Ambassador Indonesia with the role of meetup organizer and in September 2024 I assisted Randy (Host Lead Cardano Constitutional Workshop-Bandung 2024) as Cohost at Cardano Constitutional Workshop-Bandung 2024. I also initiated Cardano Woman Indonesia
What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?
If elected to the Budget Committee, I will prioritize financial transparency, data-driven decision making, strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. My goal is to ensure that the organization's financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to support its long-term success.
Why should the community vote for you?
I believe that my combination of financial expertise, project management skills, data-driven approach, commitment to transparency, and strategic vision make me a strong candidate for the Budget Committee. With my background as a Financial Controller and Auditor, I have a deep understanding of financial management and best practices. My experience as a Project Manager has equipped me with the skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
Furthermore, my commitment to data-driven decision making and financial transparency will help ensure that the Budget Committee operates with the highest level of accountability and efficiency. I am confident that my skills and experience will be invaluable in managing the organization's financial resources responsibly and effectively. Do you have any other Cardano affiliations or possible conflicts of interests, including you as an individual or an enterprise you are associated with?
Since my initial involvement in the Cardano ecosystem, I have been volunteering. Currently, I am serving as a Cardano Ambassador and actively participating in various roles within Project Catalyst.
