To help ensure there is no fiscal deficit in the operations of the yearly budget, ensuring all planned ecosystem budget expenses are met by Treasury income provided by transaction fees.

I hold a Masters in Finance, have extensive experience as a labor union Treasurer and have also worked in the past in national budget administration for a cabinet Ministry.
