I feel that this committee is absolutely critical to the longevity and economic growth of Cardano, so I feel that my time is best spent here, helping us find alignment on the MOST critical activities for Cardano's success.

<summary>What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?</summary>

I have been serving as a voting member of the Membership and Community Committee, the MCC's working group on ecosystem grants, as well as the Core Infrastructure Roadmap Working group as a Co-Chair over the course of 2024. I have also been involved with the Product Committee and the Technical Steering committee to varying degrees.

Since early 2021, I have worked in various capacities to assist many Cardano businesses and services launch, and have worked directly with IOG to deliver core cardano functionality. I was also a co-chair of the Cardano Defi Alliance, and the Cardano Developer Experience Working Group.

To focus the commitee toward goals that will improve the overall economic state of Cardano. specifically:

* Improving the Bridging and Liquidity story for Cardano
* Enabling services, practices, and usecases that make Cardano faster and easier to use or build on.
* Growing both core and non-core development on Cardano.
* in particular - bringing many of the priorities of the Cardano Developer Experience Working Group forward to the Product committee as priorities of intersect and Cardano itself.

Continuity - I've been serving on several intersect committees since their inception and have a long history of involvement in the Cardano ecosystem, including helping to assemble the current budget AND shipping most of the Cardano Dapps you know and love.

i am CTO at Mlabs.city - Cardano's premier smart contract R\&D House and auditor. in this capacity i honor partnerships with dozens of cardano companies and groups. however this does not represent a substantial conflict of interest, as many of them are also part of the intersect membership.
