## Decisions/Actions

**Decisions**

* **Brand Extension Approval:** The committee reached a consensus on the "Cardano Brand Extension" strategy, moving from a minimal/flat aesthetic to an expressive, human-centric visual system.
* **Centralized Asset Hosting:** All new branding assets (social templates, decks, and event materials) will be hosted publicly at cardano.org/brandhub for community use.
* **Vice Chair Representation:** Laura will replace Tim for the upcoming committee election recording due to his current unavailability.
* **Strategic Pillar Consolidation:** The committee agreed to move forward with five core strategic pillars for 2026: Sales Enablement, Analyst Relations, Demand Generation, Brand Awareness, and Founder/Ecosystem Support.

**Actions**

* **Scheduling Poll:** Lara to create and post a Discord poll to determine a new meeting time that better accommodates West Coast members (considering a rotation of morning and evening slots).
* **Remit Review:** All committee members to review the GMC Remit and Purpose document shared on Discord and provide comments for the ISC (Intersect Steering Committee).
* **Election Video:** Laura to coordinate with Lloyd to record the committee election support video this week.
* **Regional Report Sharing:** Anuj to share the 2024 Asia/India ecosystem report with the group to serve as a template for future regional reporting.
* **Designer Collaboration:** Laura to loop Thyme and Pedro into the brand deployment feedback cycle via Discord to ensure the new assets meet community needs.
* **Cross-Committee Coordination:** Lara to contact the secretaries of the Product and Open Source committees to arrange a joint meeting regarding the "Developer Journey" and business development overlaps.
* **Strategic Pillar Edits:** Yoram to add specific suggestions and "Sunday thoughts" to the 2026 Strategic Pillars document to refine the focus on enterprise vs. builder communication.

| Topic                           | Discussion                                                                                                                                               | Notes                                                                                                |
| ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1. Brazil/South America Travels | Yoram is currently in Brazil (Curitiba) and plans to visit São Paulo for a blockchain conference and Argentina for "Builder Fest." | Yoram will meet Octavio in São Paulo in two weeks. |
| 2. GMC Remit Document | Lara shared a Discord link for the GMC remit sheet. This document tracks the committee's purpose and process for the Intersect Steering Committee (ISC). | Members are encouraged to comment on the shared sheet. |
| 3. Committee Election Videos | Lara requested a video recording to support election strategy. Since Tim is unavailable, Laura (Vice Chair) will step in. | Laura and Lloyd to record the video later this week. |
| 4. Cardano Brand Extension | Sixtyne and JB presented an update on the Cardano brand. The goal is to unify and extend existing brand assets rather than a full rebrand. | Focus is on making the brand scalable and autonomous for community use. |
| 5. Visual Identity & Design | Sixtyne detailed a shift from "flat/cold" to "tactical/expressive" designs. Changes include a lighter blue and a new yellow "signal" color. | The "starburst" logo remains the core DNA of the visual system. |
| 6. Human-Centric Imagery | The team is incorporating photography of real people to reflect the diversity of the Cardano community and make the brand more aspirational. | JB noted that while humans aren't common in Web3, it fits Cardano’s community focus. |
| 7. Brand Hub Deployment | Laura confirmed that once finalized, all assets (templates, decks, event materials) will be hosted at cardano.org/brandhub. | Community members can use these assets freely; commercial use requires a quick legal sign-off. |
| 8. Catalyst & Design Support | Thyme and Pedro discussed the challenges of getting design projects funded through Catalyst and the need for more intermediate talent. | Laura will loop Thyme into the Discord discussions for future feedback. |
| 9. Meeting Schedule Poll | Voted members requested a new meeting time due to West Coast time zone conflicts. Laura suggested rotating times weekly. | Lara will launch a Discord poll to decide between morning and evening slots. |
| 10. 2026 Strategic Pillars | Laura outlined five pillars: Sales Enablement, Analyst Relations, Demand Gen (Hackathons), Brand Awareness, and Founder/Ecosystem support. | Yoram and Anuj suggested focusing on regional reports and better briefing for analysts like Messari. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://committees.docs.intersectmbo.org/intersect-growth-marketing-committee/meeting-minutes/2026-meeting-minutes/meeting-minutes-03-03-2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
