Lara tried contacting Fergie from IO, who hasn't responded yet but may join next week. | Lara suggested also inviting Christian or Bosko (TSC Secretary) to discuss how quantum initiatives fit into the TSC roadmap. | | Document Context: 'Capability to Adoption' | Marco shared updates on his 12-page ecosystem document. He noted that Laura added a major section on benchmarking against other protocols. | Marco emphasized that marketing shouldn't be funded blindly just because others do it, but because an ecosystem requires a holistic balance of all functions. | | Practical Guidelines for DREPs | Marco discussed the need for a practical evaluation lens for Decentralized Representatives (DREPs) to lower bias toward pure infrastructure and highlight growth. | DREPs are currently overwhelmed with reading materials; the goal is to provide tools that help them evaluate proposals without needing deep domain expertise in every field. | | DREP Engagement Strategy | Thyme suggested offering an Excel/spreadsheet template or a slide presentation as a companion to the heavy documentation. Wes agreed, noting passive delivery fails. | Wes pointed out that a massive amount of delegation sits with a Japanese collective. He suggested translating materials into Japanese and setting up direct 30-minute presentations. | | Addressing DREP Bias & AI Tooling | Marco noted that many DREPs use AI (like ChatGPT) to read proposals, which filters out growth proposals because they don't show immediate, visible infrastructure outcomes. | Marco proposed integrating the evaluation framework directly into the AI prompts DREPs use to ensure a fairer, more holistic analysis. Thyme advised caution so it doesn't look like they are centralizing perspectives. | | Enterprise Working Group Alignment | Lara brought up an enterprise framework piece by Yoram. While Yoram has been busy with a 5 a.m. initiative, his document from Q2 is complete. | Lara, Marco, and Terence noted that the Enterprise Adoption Working Group is still actively holding recurring meetings. Marco will sync with them to align their efforts. | | Developer Experience & Vertical Updates | Terence gave an update on the Developer Experience working group, focusing on finalizing current data over holding public feedback calls. | Thyme and Josi have a research sheet in progress for the agricultural vertical.
