Decisions/Actions
-----------------

#### Decisions

* Official Communication Channel: Discord was strictly reaffirmed as the primary and only official channel for all formal committee tracking, votes, and binding decisions, while Telegram is strictly relegated to informal notifications and reminders.
* Bi-Weekly X Spaces: The committee decided to maintain the bi-weekly Monday cadence for the community X Spaces (Open Office Hours) to continuously gather ecosystem feedback.

#### Actions

* Workstream Assignments: All elected committee members are required to log their specific Q3 workstream commitments and designated sticky note colors in the internal Discord channel to build a structured layout in ClickUp.
* Enterprise Plus Framework: Anuj, Lorenzo, and Abhik will meet this upcoming Thursday to outline the definitions, persona templates, and elevated fee structures for the new Enterprise Plus tier.
* Asynchronous Document Reviews: Committee members must access the shared drive links to review and leave comments on the Member Participation Leveling and Membership Offerings drafts prior to the next bi-weekly session.
* SME Framework Finalization: The committee will coordinate and solidify the onboarding framework to transition active observers and volunteers (such as Wilco and Chaya) into official Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during the next meeting.
* Intersect Insight Speakers: Abhik to coordinate the lineup of new committee volunteers willing to speak about their election experiences on the upcoming live broadcast.
* Leadership Alignment: Martin and Sanjaya will interface with the Intersect Steering Committee (ISC) to align the committee's newly established Q3 priority boxes with Intersect's macro strategy.

| Topic                                 | Discussion                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     | Notes                                                                                                                                            |
| ------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Welcome & Roll Call | Abhik opened the post-election committee meeting, welcoming all newly elected members, returning officers, and observers. | A near-full house was achieved at the start of the call. |
| Chair & Vice Chair Election Results | Abhik officially announced the finalized election counts: Martin has been elected as the new Chair of the MCC, and Sanjaya returns as the Vice Chair. | Abhik thanked all candidates, including Ian and Fanny, for stepping forward to run. |
| Transition of Leadership | Sanjaya formally passed the leadership torch to Martin, emphasizing cross-functional coordination for Q3 and Q4. Anuj congratulated both and offered deep strategic support based on his history with Cardano Spot. | Martin accepted the role, emphasizing that strength lies in working collectively rather than placing structural burdens on a single individual. |
| Q2 Review & Q3 Planning | Abhik noted that Q2 is ending rapidly. He shared a strategic Mirror Board built around three distinct pillars: tracking Q2 high-value achievements, addressing open blockers/risks, and defining Q3 priority boxes. | Members will use designated sticky note colors to log their insights asynchronously. |
| Quarterly Transparency Cycle | Lorenzo and Simo outlined the quarterly Intersect tracking cadence. Progress reports move from a high-level Steering Committee session on Monday to a public, live-streamed Intersect Insight broadcast on Thursday. | The committee intends to outline a clear month-by-month framework (July, August, September). |
| Commitment Focus Week | Lorenzo recommended that the committee consider taking a dedicated "Focus Week" with no official meetings during the week of June 29 to catch up on backend deliverables. | Final choice on scheduling rests entirely with the voting committee members. |
| Member Participation Leveling | Abhik reopened the draft strategy layout for the Member Participation Leveling framework. The blueprint splits actions into four tiers: Engage, Participate, Contribute, and Lead. | Sanjaya recommended moving working group involvement under "Engagement" while keeping voting and board applications under "Participation." |
| Governance Infrastructure Tracking | Wilco questioned the engineering complexity of deploying a full gamification framework. Lorenzo clarified that the system is a vital tool to track real individual participation history to verify eligibility for the upcoming Bylaws voting. | Back-end tracking mechanics are handled by Intersect engineers, leaving MCC to focus strictly on macro strategy. |
| Membership Offerings Overhaul | Lorenzo presented a consolidated text reviewing current membership models. The document aims to establish modern structural value baselines to update outdated 2023 systems. | Brand-new individual options, such as an Individual Plus tier and a dedicated Cardano DRep tier, are being actively analyzed. |
| Enterprise Plus Development | Anuj claimed ownership of defining the Enterprise Plus tier parameters. He aims to outline clear commercial value definitions, persona templates, and elevated fee structures to justify institutional participation. | Anuj, Lorenzo, and Abhik will run a targeted sync session this Thursday to refine this framework. |
| Addressing Member Inactivity | Abhik opened a floor query regarding why only a small fraction of paid members remain active. Wilco noted that proactive builders quickly become demotivated by heavy administrative layers when they expect practical, hands-on tasks. | Anuj suggested increasing real-life perks, such as offering booth visibility or organizing dedicated partner spotlight spaces at global meetups. |
| Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) | Abhik proposed structuring a formal loop to onboard highly active observers and volunteers (such as Wilco and Chaya) as certified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to allow them to participate in deep strategic debates. | The onboarding framework will be reviewed and finalized during next week's sync. |
| Workstream Selection & Accountability | Sanjaya walked through individual execution blocks on the Mirror Board. Wilco delivered constructive criticism, urging elected members to immediately place their names on tasks rather than leaving ownership fields empty week after week. | Action: All members must finalize their Q3 workstream selections inside the internal Discord channel. |
| Resuming X Spaces & Open Office Hours | Sanjaya and Abhik confirmed that weekly Monday community X Spaces (Open Office Hours) resumed on June 8 to gather open ecosystem feedback. | Sanjaya requested an extra set of hands from the committee to assist with hosting rotations when needed. |
| Adjournment & Next Steps | Abhik reminded members of the upcoming Intersect Insight and Intersect Connect events happening this Thursday. | The official committee meeting concluded; the next bi-weekly session will occur in 14 days. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://committees.docs.intersectmbo.org/intersect-membership-community-committee/committee-meeting-notes/2026-meeting-minutes/meeting-minutes-june-9-2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
