Purpose / Goal

Technical Working Group focused on the networking side of Cardano - this includes: * Creating and maintaining connectivity between Cardano Nodes. * Seeking 'optimal' connectivity between nodes * Scheduling block and transaction diffusion and fetching * Proving tooling and testing environment for protocols and concurrency
