What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?

My involvement within the Cardano ecosystem has been both comprehensive and impactful. I have actively engaged with the community, staying informed on Cardano’s cutting-edge blockchain developments and governance models. As a dedicated advocate for decentralization and innovative solutions, I have been a consistent participant in key discussions surrounding Cardano’s growth, particularly those aligned with the principles of community-led governance. Though I am seeking a more formal role within Intersect, I have been following its formation closely and understand the critical importance of its mission in fostering a collaborative environment for all stakeholders in the Cardano ecosystem. I aim to contribute my insights and passion for decentralized governance to the Intersect Committees of 2024, ensuring that the interests of the wider community are represented fairly and inclusively.

What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?

Fostering Inclusivity: I will work to ensure that all voices, especially those from underrepresented groups, are included and respected in community discussions and initiatives. Growing and Strengthening the Community: I pledge to focus on strategies that will bring more people into Intersect and the Cardano ecosystem, helping them feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to engage meaningfully. Building Support Systems for New Members: I plan to advocate for mentorship and onboarding programs that help new members transition smoothly into the community and governance processes. Enhancing Member Resources: I will push for the development of resources and tools that help community members stay engaged, informed, and active in governance and community-building efforts.

Why should the community vote for you?

The community should vote for me to serve on the Membership and Community Committee because I am passionate about fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving environment within Intersect and Cardano as a whole. My dedication to community-building is driven by the belief that every member should feel valued and empowered to contribute to the ecosystem, no matter their level of experience. I will work to create initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging in our community, including mentoring new members, ensuring diverse voices are heard, and supporting the ongoing engagement of all members. I am committed to advocating for resources that enhance member participation and collaboration, helping to build a vibrant, knowledgeable, and united Cardano community. By voting for me, you are choosing someone who will prioritize community growth, inclusivity, and active involvement, ensuring that Intersect continues to be a place where everyone can make a meaningful impact. Together, we can build a stronger and more connected community that drives the success of Cardano’s decentralized vision.

Do you have any other Cardano affiliations or possible conflicts of interests, including you as an individual or an enterprise you are associated with?

No, but full disclosure...I am the founder and owner of a non-profit crypto and blockchain technology educational charity. The emphasis is on Cardano, but I also provide education and facilitate discussions about other blockchain topics.

Are you currently in receipt of or previously received any Intersect or Cardano funding or grant?

No
