TSC Criteria:
Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Cardano design and implementation, evidenced by a track record of core contributions.
TSC: " Candidate meets threshold Technical Experience requirements of incumbent TSC"
Is there a particular role within the committee that you are interested in, if so which and why? (if applicable)
Not particular interested in a role, but we would like to make sure that treasure funds are being spend well on the correct things, the projects and expected deliverables and dependencies are described well with the correct priorities and that estimations for these projects are realistic.
What is your experiences within Intersect and Cardano?
I have been involved with Intersect and Cardano since day one, contributing to several working groups (OSC, Utility & Commercialization, Governance) I represent Dquadrant as CEO and co-owner. As a company we have built several open source solutions on Cardano plus did quality testing and assurance for SECP256K1 (cryptographic primitives for interoperability), Vasil and Chang hard fork and Gov Tool. Further we are a continuity partner of Intersect for Gov Tool.
What are your pledges and plans should you be elected?
Priorities for the Cardano roadmap should be a combination of what is requested by community projects and what is really required for businesses so they can use Cardano for certain business scenarios without having to worry about high costs. We like to make sure there is a good balance between both and that treasure funds are spend well so Cardano will be the go to blockchain for businesses and crypto users.
Why should the community vote for you?
I represent Dquadrant, a team that has been successful delivering and executing projects over the last 4 years on Cardano. As a company we have invested a lot in Cardano, so it is in our importance that Cardano succeeds. I personally have 30 years experience in information technology and many years experience in executing projects successfully for clients, not only in the Web3 space. This experience together with our teams experience on Cardano could be beneficial to the TSC related to verify/or create project descriptions, prioritization of tasks, estimations of tasks, task assignment etc.
Do you have any other Cardano affiliations or possible conflicts of interests, including you as an individual or an enterprise you are associated with?
I personally do not have a conflict of interest. Also as CEO and co-owner of Dquadrant and Intersect Enterprise partner, we always operate in a transparent and open way with the best possible intentions to serve our clients, Cardano and it's community.
Are you currently in receipt of or previously received any Intersect or Cardano funding or grant?
As a company we have received grants via project Catalyst (recently Mempool Explorer and Autonomous Agent Testing, 200K in total) and Intersect. From Intersect this was a continuation of our contracts with IOG on basis of our track record and quality of work for Cardano regarding quality assurance testing and several open source code contributions.
